Ingredients

➢ 2 cups non-fat Greek Yogurt

➢ 2 cups almond yogurt

➢ 1/3 cup honey

➢ 2 cups pitted cherries

Method

➢ Place both yogurts in a bowl and give it a good mix.

➢ Turn them into the freezer for 2 hours.

➢ Remove from freezer and place in a blender jar along with the honey and cherries and whizz until smooth and creamy.

➢ Serve Chilled

(f) Spicy pork ribs

Ingredients

➢ 2 pounds pork ribs

➢ 4 tomatoes, chopped

➢ 1 red bell pepper, chopped

➢ 2 small onions, chopped

➢ 3 garlic pods, minced

➢ 1 tablespoon cumin powder

➢ 2 tablespoons olive oil

➢ 5 sprig fresh rosemary

➢ 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

➢ Salt to taste

➢ Pepper to taste

Method

➢ Marinate the ribs by placing it in a bowl and adding in the olive oil, cumin powder, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.

➢ Allow it to rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

➢ Chop the tomato, onion and pepper into thick slices.

➢ Place the ribs on a baking tray and place the onion, tomato and bell pepper slices on top of it.

➢ Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.

➢ Serve warm.
